Production Management

We oversee every stage of the production journey to ensure a seamless and efficient experience from development to final delivery. Our production management services include rigorous quality control measures at each phase of manufacturing, guaranteeing that every piece meets our standards for craftsmanship, consistency, and finish before completion. We also assist clients with packaging development and presentation guidance, helping ensure the final product is delivered in a manner that reflects the brand’s identity and market positioning. To complete the process, we coordinate logistics and shipment planning, supporting smooth and reliable delivery so that each order arrives professionally prepared and ready for market.

Prototyping

Our prototyping process is designed to transform concepts into tangible, production-ready samples with precision and attention to detail. Using advanced 3D CAD design technology, we convert technical drawings into accurate digital models that allow clients to visualize and refine each piece before physical production begins. From there, we develop initial samples and prototypes to test proportions, structure, finish, and wearability, ensuring every design meets both aesthetic and technical expectations. Once approved, we proceed with mold development to prepare the design for manufacturing, creating the foundation for consistent, high-quality production and seamless scalability across future orders.

Manufacturing

We offer full-scale manufacturing services with a commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and exceptional finishing. Our production capabilities encompass every stage of the manufacturing process, beginning with expert casting to create the foundational form of each design with accuracy and consistency. We then execute specialized finishing techniques including stone setting, enameling, plating, and detailed assembly, ensuring that every component is meticulously crafted and assembled to the highest standard. Throughout the production journey, each piece is carefully monitored for quality, durability, and finish, resulting in beautifully executed products that meet both luxury aesthetic expectations and commercial production requirements.
